Do you rent just the walls?
We do, you do not have to do anything extra (ex: balloons, wording, etc.) to rent our flower walls.
Can you do last minute bookings?
We can accommodate last-minute bookings, but it’s subject to our availability. We always advise our clients to book as far in advance as possible to ensure that they will have a hassle-free event.
How big are your flower walls?
All flower walls are 8×8.
If we use balloons with our wall, how long will they last?
For our balloons, we provide quality balloons that last. We also treat our helium balloons with Hi-Float, so they will remain floating for multiple hours.
Can we use our own balloons?
Unfortunately, that is not a service we allow with our flower walls. We only work with our products from our trusted manufactures or other balloon companies that we are familiar with and know the quality of. This ensures that there is an outcome that is the best design for our customers and keeps our high standard of quality.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please note that deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. However, we are happy to work with you to reschedule, subject to our availability.
