How soon will I hear back?
We try to reach out within 24 hours but sometimes life happens. If you don’t hear from us within 72 hours, we ask that you give us a call. We may have not seen your request come through, the number may have been typed in wrong (it happens), or we may have just not received your request.
If I selected a date, does that mean I have the day booked?
Unfortunately, no! Your request is simply that…a request. If we have the date booked, we will let you know ASAP so you can find another vendor.
Is there a deposit?
We require a deposit to hold the date. We will discuss that once someone from our team reaches out. Deposit is based on your entire rental total.
What if I book a date and it needs to be changed?
We try to be as flexible as we can but if you change your date, we cannot guarantee that your new date will be available. We would recommend booking your items only if you are 100% sure about the date of your event.
When do I need to finalize my order?
We recommend finalizing your order as soon as possible as we are booking new events almost daily. This will help ensure availability and timely preparation.
