Do you require a minimum to order?
We don’t require a minimum order for our engagement balloons. Feel free to call us if you have a custom design in mind. Please note that delivery fees apply based on the distance and we do require 50% down to reserve our service.
Can you customize the balloons with our names and colors?
Definitely! We provide custom-printed balloons with any text and color you like. Call us, and let’s discuss your specific requirements for the balloon arrangement. Please note that additional fees may apply based on the level of customization you need.
How long do your balloons last?
For engagement parties or any other celebration, we provide quality balloons that last. We also treat our helium balloons with Hi-Float, so they will remain floating for multiple hours.
What happens if a balloon pops during the party?
Popping is sometimes inevitable due to weather conditions. We will give you tips on what to do should that happen and may also recommend on-site changes to make your balloon arrangement last longer.
Can you deliver the balloons the day before?
Yes, we can deliver your orders on your preferred date. However, you should know that while balloons can last around 3 to 7 days with Hi-Float, we can’t provide guarantees if you ask the balloons to be delivered earlier than your event date.
Can you accommodate last minute changes?
If there are any changes to your engagement party plans, let us know as early as possible. Take note that we don’t provide refunds for cancellations, but we can re-schedule orders if your event date has been changed.
